4. Eligibility

10. Fees & Payments

10.2 Payments are due as agreed and are subject to the Refund Policy below.

11. Refund Policy

11.1 Nature of Services
Sadai provides professional consulting, forensic intelligence, and advisory services involving expert time, analysis, and proprietary methodologies. Accordingly, Services are generally non-refundable once initiated.

11.2 No Automatic Right to Refund
Payments made for consultations, assessments, reports, or advisory services are non-refundable once:

  • Information has been submitted
  • Review or analysis has commenced
  • Resources have been allocated

11.3 Discretionary Refunds
Sadai may, at its sole discretion, consider a partial or full refund only in exceptional cases, including:

  • Duplicate payments made in error
  • Services not commenced due to fault solely attributable to Sadai
  • Engagement cancelled by Sadai prior to initiation

All such decisions shall be final.

11.4 Exclusions
No refunds shall be granted where:

  • The User withdraws after initiation
  • Incorrect or misleading information is provided
  • Outcomes do not meet expectations
  • Delays arise due to external systems or Authorities

11.5 Refund Processing
Approved refunds, if any, shall be processed through the original payment method within a reasonable time, subject to administrative deductions.

11.6 No Outcome Guarantee
Dissatisfaction with findings, conclusions, or results does not constitute grounds for refund.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

12.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

12.2 Disputes shall be resolved amicably. If unresolved within 15 business days, disputes shall be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
